This two-bedroom, two full bath townhouse is located in the heart of the Grand Strand. Its proximity to the beach makes this a hotspot family looking to get plenty of days of sun. Parking will be easy because two parking passes come with this rental. South Carolina isn’t only home to the most beautiful sandy shore, but it's also a mecca of shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Save money and cook meals at the condo by utilizing the fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to prepare meals large and small is there, including cutlery, cookware, and even a dishwasher. Central heating and air conditioning is your best friend during the hot South Carolina summer. This condo has more to offer than the typical hotel, with an in-unit washer and dryer and plenty of room for everyone. With three flatscreen TVs, there will be no fighting over what to watch on TV. If you would rather watch your favorite streaming services, don’t forget to bring your laptops and tablets. There is complimentary WIFI throughout the condo. Greystone Court has a sparkling outdoor swimming pool and an outdoor shower. Quickly rinse off sand before hopping into the pool after some time spent at the beach. The beach is so close that you can visit it anytime you want. Start your day with a stroll along the shore as the sun lightens the sky with pink, blue, orange, and yellow hues. Build sandcastles with your children or help them look for the best seashells to take back home. Close by are several places to have fun outside of the condo. You will love the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, which has thrill rides, arcades, oceanfront restaurants, and souvenir shops. You will not want to miss out on riding the iconic Myrtle Beach Skywheel, which stands nearly 200 feet above the water. You will get an unforgettable bird’s eye view from this vantage point. Get a jump start on school shopping and get discounts on your favorite brands at the Tanger Outlet Mall. Broadway at the Beach has over 100 specialty shops and boutiques as well. Several attractions include WonderWorks, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Broadway Grand Prix, and Hollywood Wax Museum. Kids from ages 9 to 90 will find something to interest and delight them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, right next to the beach,very safe and quite neighborhood. And the apartment was very clean and everything was exactly how we thought it would be at a very awesome price,will definitely be back and will keep this place in mind!! 5 stars for sure!!
Property was what we needed for our families sleeping arrangements. It served our purpose. We communicated with Elliott Rentals on several issues to be addressed and they were going to fix them after we left as it didn't really effect our stay. The condo is older with a small kitchen and 2 bedrooms. It is on the 2nd floor which we didn't realize so be prepared to carry everything up stairs. The second bedroom is also up another flight of stairs. Overall it was fine and suited our needs but have stayed in nicer accommodations. If you have kids and just need a place to crash this will be a place for you.
I met my grandkids in Myrtle Beach and I chose not to stay at their hotel but meet up every day. It was a wonderful experience. Enjoying my family. My brother and I booked Greystone 204. It served the purpose a clean place to sleep , shower and get ready for the next event.

We (family of 4) stayed for a week in June. The online description was accurate the rental company easy to detail with. The location was amazing. A 3 minute walk to the public beach and just two blocks from the main roads. Lots of activities are accessible from this centrally-located property. The condo had ample room and was not busy or noisy. Kitchen stocked with necessary appliances and utensils. The private pool was a nice extra.n This rental is in a great location, has lots of space, and is better than a hotel
Nice, clean place, close walk to the beach, everything we needed to feel like "home" while we were there. I couldn't find a vacuum for cleaning up before we left.

Our stay was amazing!! Great location, walkable to the beach. Very peaceful. Very spacious, loved the top floor bedroom w/ full bath!
