This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

You are just an easy stroll away from the Atlantic coast and beach from this location. Flatscreen TVs are located in the rental house for those times you prefer catching the latest episode of your favorite show or streaming a movie inside over soaking up some vitamin D outside. The ceiling fans are great for circulating the central heat and air movement for a comfortable feel across the interior space. A covered and uncovered 2nd-floor porch with furniture is another thing you can look forward to when you book your beach vacation at Hope at the Beach in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The beach is close, so you can take the 5-minute walk and enjoy the sunrise from the shore any morning at dawn. The water activities are plentiful.
