My family has been renting through Elliott Beach Rentals at Ocean Terrace in Cherry Grove every year since 2014, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. This was the third time either my parents or my family has stayed in F3, and over the years we’ve also stayed in D1, D2, D3, and D4. Ocean Terrace has truly become part of our family’s summer tradition. F3 is especially perfect for a larger group because it is the only three-bedroom rental at Ocean Terrace. It is incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodates up to 10 people without ever feeling crowded. We are a family of five—Mom, Dad, and three boys ages 8–13—and this year we also brought three of our employees along. Even with eight people staying together, everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. We were pleasantly surprised this year to see even more updates to the condo! A new leather recliner and sofa bed had been added, which were wonderful additions. Over the years, we’ve also watched the owners update the kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and a new backsplash. As longtime renters, we absolutely notice these improvements and appreciate the time, care, and money the owners continue to put into their property. I hope they know their efforts do not go unnoticed. The condo is also extremely well equipped for an extended stay. The kitchen has full sets of dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, and just about everything you could need. There are even games for the family. It truly feels more like staying in a home than simply renting a vacation property. My husband and I are business owners in Virginia, and our everyday lives can be incredibly busy and stressful. Our one week each year in Cherry Grove is the time when we finally get to slow down, let the stress go, and enjoy being together at the beach. F3 provides the perfect quiet, spacious, and comfortable retreat for us. We are genuinely thankful that the owners trust families like ours with their home, and we always make a point to treat it with the same love and respect we would our own. I also want to commend Elliott for how quickly they handled an issue we noticed upon arrival. During my initial walkthrough, I found a fairly large hole in the wall behind the front door. I immediately called Elliott to report it, and maintenance came out the very next day. The maintenance technician installed a doorstop to prevent additional damage and said he would return to patch the hole. Even though it isn’t my property, it was disappointing to see that a previous guest had treated someone else’s home carelessly enough to cause that kind of damage. I really appreciated Elliott responding so quickly and taking the condition of the owner’s property seriously. Our stay this year was absolutely wonderful, and after more than a decade of vacations at Ocean Terrace, Cherry Grove still feels like our home away from home. We are already looking forward to returning and will absolutely be booking F3 again next summer. We very much enjoyed our 4 weeks stay. The condo is comfortable and we love the location. We were hoping to book again in 2027 but due to Elliott's strict policy on monthly rentals, we were forced to book elsewhere. Just a couple of suggestions for owners of F3. The dining table is a bit wobbly. The door to the corner cabinet under the island/counter has some hardware issues. We didn't use because the screws kept coming out. In the bathroom closest to living room the left faucet is loose and the towel rack cross bar falls out of its brackets. I think that's all but I think the owner would appreciate this info. All in all, we enjoyed the condo very much.

Overall, stay was amazing. Only downfall was beds in rooms were not not placed like we were told so we had to do some rearranging of who slept where.
