I have had a wonderful experience so far
Our stay at Pelicans Landing Building 5 Unit 308 has been wonderful. The things we loved most were, the cleanliness of the condo, the decor, the location, and the access to a washer and dryer. The condo is well stocked with needed cookware and dishes. The living room and bedroom furniture is very comfortable. The parking is great and the grocery carts are a nice addition to help get groceries from the car to the room. The dumpsters are in a good location to easily dispose of trash. The only things we would change is a shorter code to get into the condo door and it would be nice to have a better view of the ocean. It would also be nice to have a ramp to take a beach wagon straight from the pool area to the beach instead of just having the steps. There is a public beach area that you can take the wagon down, though. The condo is in a great location and convenient to grocery stores and shops. The beach area is nice and quiet, very family oriented. This is definitely a place that we would bring our family back to for a wonderful beach vacation and we would definitely choose unit 308 again. We had a very comfortable stay and felt very safe staying here. The owner of the condo has thought of everything to make this stay very enjoyable.

The unit was very clean! But view was looking at the street! Still enjoyed!
It was very clean upon arrival. The condo is very comfortable and perfect for our winter stay. We loved the location. We appreciated the top of the line cookware, appliances and it came well stocked. The TV choices we had to choose from(spectrum, paramont + prime and peacock was put to good use on those cooler winter days. We have rented condos in myrtle beach for 5+ years and this one was the best. We hope to be back next year.

The condo is very clean and kept up very well. Overall we are happy.
This was our second time to stay at this condo. It did not disappoint! It is centrally located for all of the activities! We enjoyed having the kitchen fully stocked so that we could make our own meals! The proximity to the beach is amazing! We will be back!
The location is great. We really enjoyed having beach view and private walkway to the beach through pool area just steps away from this condo. The condo is in good shape with nice bathrooms and beds were comfortable. Would recommend this property as it is great value for beach front.
The unit has 3 nice sized bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked, and the extra mini fridge was nice to have to store drinks. Getting access to the pool and beach was very easy and close. Less than 20 yards from the elevator using the private beach access.
I cannot say enough about this property and how convenient it was to be right on the beach. The location is top notch. The condo is very well stocked with anything you need for cooking for a family. Also, it is a short drive to all the activities and fun restaurants I have not slept that well on vacation in a long time as the beds are extremely comfortable! it is clean, cozy and convenient! Thank you for providing such a restful time away! We will be back!
