This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
This Beach house definitely has the potential of being a hole-in-one as far as beach vacations go. Join your small family and embark on an Eastern Seaboard beach vacation to the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. At Perrindise, you will experience a three-bedroom, two-bath design plan on the inside with two parking spaces on the outside. From this location, you are just a leisurely two-block stroll away from the Atlantic coast and sandy beach. Flatscreen TVs are located in the rental house for those times you prefer catching the latest episode of your favorite show over soaking up some vitamin D outside.
The ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom are great for circulating the central heat and air movement for a comfortable feel across the interior space. A community outdoor pool, as well as a second-story covered porch with furniture, are two more things you can look forward to when you book your beach vacation at the Perrindise beach house in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Additionally, a washer and dryer in the rental house mean you can pack lightly. WIFI will help you manage your personal data plan, especially if you do not have unlimited service.
The beach is close so that you can enjoy the sunrise from the shore any morning at dawn. The water activities are plentiful. Vacationers often come to the Grand Strand to enjoy parasailing, Jet Skiing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and more. Golfing is another big draw. The courses are pristine and well-kept.
