We had a dangum ball! This place was perfect for us. 2 balconys, lots of windows. Everything was clean, loved having washer n dryer in condo, jacuzzi tub in master, lots of parking, clean in and outdoor jacuzzi n pool. They have a lazy river yall, everything was just awesome. Elliott n all his staff are the best, I had 100 questions and not 1 unanswered. If u get an opportunity to go to Myrtle Beach... Elliot Beach Rentals is the way to go!

We stayed at Sandy Beach Resort 1804 for the CCMF. Within walking distance to the festival. The check in process was very easy. The unit was spacious with an ocean view balcony and a street side balcony. We will rent again with Elliott Realty.
Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved the stay today is our last full day and I hate to leave we had such a great view. It would be wonderful if there was more cabinet space but above all it is a great condo.

The property is in a great location. Steps from the Family Kingdom Amusement park and a small market. Very close to the boardwalk. Lots of swimming options for the entire family right on site. The unit was clean but it does need quite a bit of TLC.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Was pleasantly suprised that the tv in the livingroom is much bigger than the small one in the photo. It was about a 52 inch tv mounted on the wall. The large windows were beauiful overlooking the city. The sunrises coming over the beach from the balcony off the livingroom are breathtaking. I would rebook this unit again in the furture. Only wish the temp had not dropped the week before our stay. It was a bit chilly but with the large windows, and ocean views it more than made up for the cool weather.
We stayed on the 18th floor. The view was beautiful! The condo was very clean. The only issue we didn’t like was the kitchen was not stocked very well with things we needed to cook with. It would have been great to have some bowls to prepare food in, a can opener to open cans, dish towels to dry dishes, and a good paring knife to cut with. We did purchase those things at Walmart near by, other than that, we will be staying there again and will tell others it was a fantastic location!!! We had a great week!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was big enough for our family of 5. We were super close to everything we wanted to do. The pool area was clean. The beach was clean. We’d recommend this place to our family and friends!

Our stay with Elliott Beach Rental at Sandy Beach Resort was great! The property location was the key factor for our stay. It is in great proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores and entertainment. The resort is nice. I've stayed here every summer vacation with family for the past 15 years and we always enjoy our stay. While it is an old building, they work diligently to keep everything freshened up and operational. The Staff is great! Security, Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Groundmen always try to accommodate and assist guest in any way possible

Everything was awesome. Location, upkeep, communication with the rental company everything was the best.
It was right in the center of everything. Walking distance to many restaurants and clubs. You could see the street from your room and the beach from your balcony. It checked all of the boxes we needed!

I traveled with my cousin. The condo was just as described. Clean and spacious with a beautiful view. Our only suggestion is to have a few beach chairs. We bought a few and had to leave them at the airport. I would definitely come back to this condo.

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately for a beachfront property, the rain caused us to rethink our activities. Would love to try Myrtle Beach again during some nice weather. We found plenty to do at inside places and the heated pools/jacuzzi es were awesome even in 53 degree weather! Thanks!!!
The unit is in good shape. It was clean and everything pretty much worked as expected. Nice views of the city and beach. We’ve stayed at Sandy Beach several times. It seems a bit cleaner and better maintained than our last visit a few years ago.
