For all of you snowbirds out there, Wellington 302 offers monthly rentals from October to February, giving you the chance to escape the frigid cold winters of the north and come down to the sunny southern skies. The coastal style decor throughout brings the beauty of the sea right to you. Make family dinner using the top of the line stainless steel appliances. Whether you want to catch some rays at the outdoor pool and hot tub or relax and catch a football game on one of the four flat screen TVS in the condo, there is something for everyone.
Wanting to explore the town? Centrally located, Wellington 302 is only a few minutes away from all of the main attractions. Take a walk down Main Street and indulge yourself at the local ice cream shops or head over to Barefoot Landing for some shopping and eating. Watch out when you walk over the boardwalk, who knows maybe you’ll see some alligators in the water! If being on the green is more your thing then you will have a tee-rific time at one of the many top rated golf courses located throughout the Grand Strand.

We had a wonderful time at Wellington 302! The decor is beautiful as well as the view! Master bath shower is the only update not done yet. We would have liked to have an iron and ironing board in this Luxury rental. Also there are not grills at this property which was disappointing. They do have chairs and boogie boards too!

This was a beautiful condo. Beautifully decorated and the view was perfect. Just how it was described. We plan on coming back next year and trying to stay for an additional week. The host was always in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen.
Great place. Only downside was having to put bed linens on ourselves. Also had to provide our own toilet paper but otherwise great place.
We had a wonderfully relaxing week with a spectacular view. Our place provided an extremely well stocked kitchen, use of some beach chairs, and other amenities that made it feel like home.
We were literally amazed from the minute we walked into this condo. Never have we had a condo as nicely equipped as Wellington 302. We stumbled on it by accident when the condo we normally rent for the month of October was destroyed due to a water main break. We consider ourselves so lucky to have found something left on the beach and even more blessed that we found this hidden gem. There was absolutely nothing we needed. The decor is beautiful, the furniture is a beautiful beachy theme, and everything you need is available for your use. My hope is that all renters respect Karen and Neil’s desire to provide such a convenient and pleasurable experience. Thank you Neil and Karen. We look forward to our stay next October.
