The condo is very nice with good amenities. The one thing I would recommend is have some cleaning supplies for the renters to clean with
We are happy and will definitely come back. Love the layout and amenities. A new basic coffee maker, hair dryer, and a courtesy roll of toilet paper would be nice.
We enjoyed our stay at Xanadu ll 501 & are looking forward to another stay!! The location was great & we enjoyed the views all day!! Comfortable beds & 3 bathrooms made the stay relaxing & easy. Your beach chairs were a helpful addition to our beach time. To keep the sand from the condo, it would be helpful to have some kind of carpets inside or tray for shoes.
We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, roomy condo for our family of 7. The views from this unit are breathtaking and the unit's kitchen is well stocked to cook full meals. The beds are comfortable and the unit was clean. The location is near the fishing pier and is a great location overall. We will stay again!
Great experience this time! Everything was clean and smelled clean upon our arrival. We loved our unit Xanadu ll 501. It was a super nice unit and worked great for our family! Loved the views of the ocean both inside and outside. I hope to stay here again and would love to be able to contact the owners. Great week, great stay!!!
The condo was amazing. I know it was beyond your control but we had a hard time with the sand dunes being built up so tall that it was a hard task to get to the beach. Not sure why some condo buildings had them cleared and we didn’t.
We agree with the other reviews – this is a great condo and location. The balcony was great to sit and have the morning coffee or evening tea and listen to the waves roll in. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us on this trip – it was cold and rainy. But the condo was spacious enough and we were able to play games and watch some movies. We appreciated that it was beach-front and we could walk the beach when the rain stopped! The condo was clean and though we didn’t use them we saw the sand toys and boogie boards in the closet – I’m sure kids will enjoy playing with them during their stays! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this place again. Thank you for providing a wonderful spot!
