All cameras are outside. There are several cameras in the carport areas. There are also cameras on the first deck. One camera is located to capture anyone coming up the stairs. The other two cameras capture anyone trying to enter the exterior door to the unit.NOTICE! We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Picture starting your morning with salty ocean breezes, a stroll along the shore, and the relaxed charm of Cherry Grove all around you. Cayman Villas E puts you across the street from the beach, with a coastline-view balcony and three large balconies where you can kick back and enjoy the coastal scenery.
This spacious house accommodates up to 22 guests with eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, giving family and friends plenty of room to settle in. After a day in the sand, cool off in the shared pool, open April through September, or unwind in the shared hot tub. The game room keeps the fun going indoors with a pool table, foosball, and an arcade system. Two charcoal grilling areas make group meals easy, while two full-size refrigerators, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience.

Amazing! Cayman Villa E is a great home and the homeowner has thought of everything from phone chargers to batteries!
This place was amazing. Beautifully decorated and VERY Clean. This place was fully stocked with anything you would need. Owners did a great job. We were staying at another home and the HVAC had an issue and we had to be moved. Such a nice place. Would highly recommend it to anyone needing a lot of space.
This place has beautiful views, very clean, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. It's all you could ever ask for in a vacation rental. Our kids and all of our party thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

Booking with Elliot Realty was on point, especially considering we were shafted on a location we had booked almost 8 months ago and had to find this place 5 days prior to arrival. Could not have worked out better!
