This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

You can even have a family reunion at this charming location. The best part is that the beach and the mighty Atlantic Ocean are right across the street!
One thing you’ll love about Just Coasting is the modern and open floor plan. The living room, dining area, and kitchen area are all part of one expansive room. There is plenty of seating for lounging and dining. Covered balconies make for an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the breeze while you look down on Ocean Boulevard below. The spacious kitchen has a kitchen island, a double-door refrigerator, a Keurig coffeemaker as well as a traditional one, and much more. There is a second living area that includes a poker table. This three-story house also has an elevator. Feel like a king at this luxury property!
This spectacular vacation rental has plenty of amenities to relax and entertain you. There is central heating and air, a laundry room, and some walk-in showers. Flatscreen TVs and complimentary WIFI provide indoor entertainment. The outdoors provides even more, including your own saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub, and an enclosed outside shower. There is also a grill, so you can have even more cooking options than what the kitchen provides. Stay at this property year-round and enjoy the water amenities no matter what time of year because the pool can be heated for a fee.
When it's time to explore, you can stroll along Ocean Boulevard or capture some photos from the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. Shag dancing clubs, popular eateries, and excellent beach activities like parasailing and jet-skiing are nearby. Myrtle Beach attractions are a short drive, and a selection of golf courses can be found in any direction. Head to the marsh in Cherry Grove and take a kayaking tour. This year we had a issue and a young lady named Tyra listened to my issue and made it right, she is a great asset to Elliott and hopefully she stays around. We met the owner of our property this year and they truly care, glad too see that. I appreciate everything they did to try to make our stay the best.

This was the most BEAUTIFUL, clean and amazing house we have ever stayed at! We had the honor of meeting the owners who are great and do everything possible to make your stay wonderful. We have rented both of there properties and would not stay anywhere else. If you are looking for an amazing house don't let this pass you by. As a disabled veteran the elevator was a great feature that allowed me easy access to every floor. The pool was pristine and was perfect for the grandchildren. Check in was 5 stars as well
