This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove is a favorite North Myrtle Beach destination for its laid-back beach atmosphere, local charm, and easy access to the shoreline. Surfs Up puts you right on the oceanfront, with a private beach walkway and an oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy the coastal views.
This spacious 2,500-square-foot house features six bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 24 guests. After a day on the sand, cool off in the 10-by-20-foot pool or unwind in the five-person hot tub. A furnished covered porch offers another spot to relax, while the outdoor shower makes rinsing away the beach sand easy. Inside, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, recessed LED lighting, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience. You’re also close to Cherry Grove Pier, and the property offers a view of the Fourth of July fireworks.

Stay was excellent
Nothing needed to make the stay better. The staff has been so good to me every time I've rented through Elliott. Makes me feel appreciated. The property is terrific. Some of the bed frames are a little rough but don't affect sleeping.
The house was absolutely beautiful. The views were stunning from the porches. A great location to the pier. The hot tub & pool were perfect. We vacationed last week of October & had the pool heated.

This rental worked out very nicely for our family! Wonderful memories were made and a great time was had by all. We look forward to making plans for a future rental! Beautiful location! Nice layout of kitchen and living areas! Very efficient! Renting the home was easy, and the overall experience was very good!
We did note the hot tub cover was broken on the right side when attempting to open the cover. The bolts had been rusted off but we are still able to use it.
We enjoyed our stay
Our stay was great! Surfs Up house was ocean view which was beautiful and relaxing. Everything was as described on website. We had a wonderful time with our family.
House is beautiful and nice location. Kitchen stocked well and house overall was very comfortable. The keypad to unlock door was very difficult to operate.
